Click on the ‘Register a Litter’ link. Select your sire and dam (already registered with CPR), breed, date of birth and number of pups in the litter. 

Once you’ve made the correct selections, simply click ‘Register’ and your puppy papers will print right on the spot, at your own computer.  That’s it.  You are ready to sign your papers and hand them off to your buyers.  No more phone calls, waiting, hassles, mailing forms.  With CPR all your litter registrations are instant.
