SIBERCAAN Breed Standards
The Sibercaan is a registered hybrid or "designer dog" that is a combination of the Canaan Dog and the Native American Indian Dog. The Sibercaan is a HYPOALLERGENIC dog breed, which means if you have severe asthma or animal/pet allergies this breed of dog will not affect you health adversely. Bred to be extremely intelligent and highly sensitive to their owner's wishes, these dogs can be trained to do almost anything. An added big plus, is their lack of health or genetic problems and they have a long life span.

| Hair Coat: | Medium length with a dense heavy undercoat that sheds once a year. They are adaptable to severe temperature changes. Have no doggy smell to them. People with allergies or asthma to dog dander or hair can own these animals. Hypoallergenic so to speak. |
| Coat Colors: | pure white, cream, bronze, black, red, fawn, and spotted, with white tips on their tails, to blazes and open white heads and white legs from the paw to the knee or hock. |
| Eye color: | brown and amber |
| Characteristics: | Prick ears & curled spitz-type tails. Canaan Dogs bark mildly.. the NAID(R) hardly ever.
The Canaan Dog has no known genetic defects.
And because they are a "Hybrid" or "mixed breed" any genetic faults should be reduced, minimal to totally absent in the Sibercaan

The Canaan Dog is a very loyal and devoted one family dog where the Native American Indian Dog loves everyone. The combination of the two has created very loving, loyal friendly dogs willing to take on any task given them.
The Canaan Dog is an intelligent, versatile breed of dog. The NAID is eager to work and please and highly intelligent, making all Sibercaans super friendly, highly intelligent and very loyal to their human companions.
The Sibercaan (R) is more of a velcro dog, staying close to their owner's heel and within physical contact of their owner. |
