Pedigrees
If you have just purchased your puppy and you have a puppy application. When you register your dog online within 60 days of transfer you can order your 3 generation pedigree for a 20.00 charge. If your dog is registered after 60 days of transfer the pedigree fee is $40.00. We also offer photo pedigrees.
If your dog was previously registered with CPR and you did not order a pedigree at the time of registration you can order your pedigree through the mail. There is a 40.00 charge for these pedigrees. Simply print out the pedigree order form below, fill out, sign and mail in to us. You can also order your pedigree over the phone with a credit card. Pedigrees are normally completed and returned to you within 2 - 3 weeks. Please contact us if you have any questions.
