Petite Golden Doodle Breed Standards
PETITE GOLDENDOODLEs *are a smaller version of the Goldendoodle.
Some breeders achieve the downsizing by breeding a Golden Retriever
with smaller poodles, such as Miniature and Toy Poodles.
Some breeders raise smaller Goldendoodles by first downsizing the
breeding female - breeding the Golden Retriever with a Spaniel such
as a Cavalier or a Cocker. The result is a "Petite Golden Retriever".
The Petite Golden Retriever is then bred with a smaller Poodle, either
a miniature or a toy poodle.
